DSO-affiliated practices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, Nashville, and other Southeast metros typically ride a national program malpractice policy negotiated by the DSO — often at meaningful cost savings versus individual placement. However, individual dentists working under those platforms may still need supplemental coverage (higher limits, tail coverage, EPL) that the DSO program doesn’t include.
