Tail coverage (also called extended reporting period, or ERP) is an endorsement to a claims-made policy that extends your right to report claims after the policy ends. Specifically, if you retire, switch carriers, or let a claims-made policy lapse without tail, any claim filed after that date — even for treatment delivered while you were covered — is uncovered. Tail premiums typically run 150–300% of your last annual premium as a one-time cost.

Specifically, Bridgeway helps chiropractors evaluate occurrence vs. claims-made + tail at renewal. Compare in our Georgia guide. Request a quote at bridgewayins.com/quotes.
