Shawn Keener is a licensed insurance professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry, serving clients across Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Georgia. As CEO of Bridgeway Insurance, his growth strategies are responsible for multiple millions of dollars in new business each year.
Shawn began his insurance career at Farm Bureau, earning recognition as a top producer before joining Alfa Insurance in 2014. During his seven years at Alfa, he earned the Agent of the Year award twice — in 2017 and 2019 — along with 15+ additional company accolades including multiple all-star trips, Director’s Council honors, and the NAIFA Quality Award.
In 2021, Shawn acquired an Allstate agency, successfully grew it, and later sold it. He now spends his time building Bridgeway Insurance into a multi-state independent insurance firm. As a fractional CEO, he also helps other insurance agencies reach their untapped growth potential. Today, Bridgeway writes personal lines (auto, home, flood, umbrella, life) and commercial coverage across seven Southeast states.
Shawn holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is actively licensed with the Mississippi Insurance Department (License #10286862) and maintains active licenses in all seven states Bridgeway serves.
